Schormand ship worldwide. We only ship with well-known and approved couriers and always with a track and trace number. All deliveries must be signed for at receipt, except if another option is provided by the courier. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
We strive to deliver your package within 3-5 working days.
Within Scandinavia we offer free shipping.
Within EU a shipping fee of 150 DKR (20 euro) will be added to the order.
For shipments to any other destination a shipping fee of 400 DKR will be added to the order.
If your order consists of several items we reserve the right to split the delivery. This can happen if certain items are delayed at the time of ordering. In the event of split delivery, you will receive tracking for each parcel. You will not be charged for any additional delivery costs.
Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
If You regret some of Your ordered items, please inform us as soon as possible after the order is given - and if possible, we cancel or change it before shipment.
If we have already shipped Your order, at latest 14 days after You received the package, You will have to pack the items You wish to return, and send it to Schormand, Amaliegade 6, 1256 København K. You can also deliver the items to our shop in Amaliegade 6, 1256 København K.
The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached from Schormand. Returns made within 14 days of the purchase date will be eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment excluding costs for shipment.
We recommend selecting an insured and traceable shipping carrier with proof of Your return package. We are not responsible for import or shipping fees associated with returns sent from outside Denmark. Note, the products will be Your responsibility until they reach our shop.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or credit altered merchandise. See our terms and conditions for further information.
For refunds we need either a credit card or a bank account number. We do not refund in cash.
